Remodel and Repairs:

What are your qualifications? 
I offer 20 plus years experience and I am confident I can provide the quality work expected for any residential project.   My skill range is anywhere from changing a faucet to remodeling and entire room.

Are you insured?  Yes

Do you work alone?

The majority of my work I do alone however, there are times where two people are required, at which time you would be notified and informed of the extra hand.

Do I purchase materials or do you?  My clients usually purchase the materials and have them on site ready for the instasll.  There are situation where the client and I wil go together and purchase the supplies such as countertops where they must be paid for up front if they are a special order.  Clients will also provide a gift card for me to get the supplies I need since it is easier that way.

I am skilled and qualified to do most any repairs, I can remodel a kitchen or a bath, paint rooms and hang doors, just to name a few.

Custom Closets

Will I need to be there for the install?
Initially yes, I will need your input on what kind of closet design best fits your needs. 

Will I have to purchase supplies?
During the initial consultation there is no purchase necessary.  I prefer after a plan is in place that the materials be purchased and at the home for installation.  Or I can pick up and deliver the materials to your home. 

Who will design the ideas?
After assessing your needs , I will design a plan that is suitable for your needs.

Who will assemble any needed products?
I am a skilled carpenter, and I will do any necessary assembly.

How much will all of this cost me?
After we have decided on a plan that meets your needs we can discuss costs.   My rates are competitive and I guarantee my work.

Cleaning: 

How many cleaning professionals will be in my home?
Handimamm is a sole proprietorship and I will be the only person in your home every visit. 

How will you enter my home?
Whatever you are comfortable with.

What kind of payment do you take?
Currently I accept cash or checks whichever is most convenient for you. 

Do you supply cleaning products?
I prefer the client purchase the products with a few suggestions based on my professional opinion of what works the best.

Do you have a sweeper or do you use mine?
I do have a sweeper, however most clients prefer I use theirs especially if they have pets.

What is your starting time?
I like to get started early, I am not always able to commit to a certain time.  However, I am reliable and will be there on the scheduled day to meet your needs.

Is there anything I need to do in preparation before you arrive?
I ask that you pick up any personal belongings toys, clothes, dishes out of the sink.   This enables me to get to the task of deep cleaning, and the time I spend in your home can be as effective as possible.

What if I have to cancel an appointment?
I require a 48 hour notice of cancellation, and frequent cancellations may result in termination of services.  * Emergencies do occur and notices are not always possible, however, under those circumstances,  I ask that you make every attempt to reschedule. *
